Deliveries With Hadley Rose

We offer two services when it comes to delivering your furniture. We understand that when it comes to delivering your purchased items it can sometimes be a stressful and inconvenient experience. At Hadley Rose we can either offer our standard delivery to your door which is free of charge to all our customers or you can choose our premium white glove service which includes the following.

Our professional delivery team ensure every delivery experience upholds the level expected when shopping with Hadley Rose. Our white glove premium delivery service will be on hand every step of the way. Our two man team will be there to deliver your item to a room of your choice and even help you remove all the packaging. 

• Contacted by our customer services team, once item is ready for dispatch
• Offered a choice of delivery dates.
• Contacted directly by delivery crew approximately 1hr before delivery
• Delivery to room of choice, optional removal of packaging for personal recycling
• Basic assembly (with full assembly options)
• Full inspections of goods and completion of delivery process
• Post-delivery customer satisfaction survey

That's why with Hadley Rose when it comes to planning the delivery of your special purchase, we hand the control over to you in order to select a delivery time and date fits around you and not us.

Please ensure prior to placing your order that you have accurately measured the space you wish to place your new furniture in and also ensured the furniture can be delivered successfully to the desired room or area. Please also ensure that all access doors, stairwells, lifts and passageways are wide enough. If we are unable to deliver your order due to accessibility then we will inforce a delivery and collection charge at the prevailing rate, you will also be bound by our terms and conditions. Please ensure these measurements are thoroughly checked prior to placing your order to avoid such charges. 

Every item of furniture is listed with full measurements (width, height and depth) on the individual product descriptions. We are working closely with our brand partners to mitigate the impact on deliveries but please note that some items may take longer than usual. We will keep you closely informed as your order is processed and can hold deliveries safe in our warehouse if you do not wish to receive them just yet.

DELIVERY SERVICE

The safety of our customers and colleagues is of the utmost importance to us. Please rest assured that our White Glove Delivery Team have been extensively trained in the appropriate hygiene protocols and provided with gloves, masks and anti-bacterial wipes which they use prior to and on completion of each and every delivery.
